Room Tariff

Here at Shanu's Seaside Inn we have different options when it comes to our guest house rooms, giving our guests a choice to match their needs and budget. Our guesthouse is located right on Candolim Beach and some rooms have amazing views of the sea.

Prices mentioned are for double occupancy. A 3rd Guest can be accommodated in the room, extra charges of Rs.750 per night will be applicable. All prices are inclusive of GST and exclusive of any Meal plans.
All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Check-In time: 01:00 PM, Check-Out time: 11:00 AM.
Prior Check-In or deferred Check-Out can be arranged, subject to room availability. This will be chargeable directly by us at the time of Check-Out. Please email us in advance for more details in this regard.
Each Guest must carry and present a valid Government issued photo identity and address proof to complete Check-In formalities. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity card. International Guests must present their Passports.
The Credit/Debit card holder should be one of the Guests staying if any or the other have been used for payment of the booking.
2 wheeler parking is available around the property. Parking for 4 wheelers is off-site; 4-wheeler paid parking (Rs.200 per day) is located 250 metres away, 4-wheeler free street-parking is 450 metres away from our GuestHouse.
Taxi and motorbike hire, transfers (Airport, Train Station, Bus Station) sightseeing tours can be organized on request.

Cancellation policy:

I. 5% Cancellation charge will be levied if cancelled 14 or more days of check-in.
II. 50% Cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled between 13 days and 7 days of check-in.
III. 100% Cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Amendment of dates will result in cancellation of your current reservation and a fresh reservation will have to be made. Above mentioned cancellation rates will apply. However, successful amendment to dates is solely subject to room availability.

All eligible refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund processing time might be dependent on the billing cycle of your Card issuer. Once the refund is initiated from our end, it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
