Cancellation Policy

Shanu's Seaside Inn believes in helping it's guests as much as possible and our policies are structured to be as guest friendly as possible.

• I. 5% Cancellation charge will be levied if cancelled 14 or more days of check-in.
• II. 50% Cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled between 13 days and 7 days of check-in.
• III. 100% Cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Eligible refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund processing time might be dependent on the billing cycle of your Card issuer. Once the refund is initiated from our end, it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Amendment Policy

Amendment of dates will result in cancellation of your current reservation and a fresh reservation will have to be made. Above mentioned cancellation rates will apply. However, successful amendment to dates is solely subject to room availability.

Reservation Policy

• Prices mentioned are for double occupancy. A 3rd Guest can be accommodated in the room, extra charges of Rs.750 per night will be applicable. All prices are inclusive of GST and exclusive of any Meal plans.
• All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Check-In time: 01:00 PM, Check-Out time: 11:00 AM.
• Prior Check-In or deferred Check-Out can be arranged, subject to room availability. This will be chargeable directly by us at the time of Check-Out. Please email us in advance for more details in this regard.
• Each Guest must carry and present a valid Government issued photo identity and address proof to complete Check-In formalities. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity card. International Guests must present their Passports in original.
• The Credit/Debit card holder should be one of the Guests staying if any or the other have been used for payment of the booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears the customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under any other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
• We are situated in a relatively quiet locale compared to most other places on the Candolim – Calangute – Baga beach belt. Our Guests choose this place to enjoy living by the Seaside, to get away from the hustle & bustle of their daily lives and to unwind. To help preserve these facets, we firmly request you to refrain from playing loud music or TV, from having balcony/room parties or causing any disturbance to others.
• The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
